West Bengal me SIR ka enumeration period 11 December 2025 tak hi rahega, aur draft electoral list 16 Dec ko hi publish hogi — is state ke liye koi additional days nahi diye gaye.
Election Commission ne bataya hai ki ye revision requests chief electoral officers ne ki thi, jahan workloads aur administrative challenges ke wajah se deadline extend karna zaroori tha. Official statement me kaha gaya hai ki eligible citizens ko Form-6 submit karna chahiye taaki unka naam final rolls me shamil ho sake.
