Road Accident Victims Ke Liye 10 Minute Ambulance Response Aur Cashless Treatment Par Govt Ka Focus

Road Accident

New Delhi: Central government ne road accident victims ke liye ek major emergency reform plan par kaam shuru kar diya hai. Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari ne Rajya Sabha me bataya ki sarkar ka goal hai ki accident ke baad ambulance sirf 10 minute ke andar victim tak pahunch jaye, taaki timely medical help mil sake.

Gadkari ne kaha ki road accidents me sabse critical role initial medical response ka hota hai. Isi ko dhyan me rakhte hue government ne nationwide level par emergency response system ko strong karne ka decision liya hai. Isme ambulances, trauma care aur coordination ko priority di ja rahi hai.

Government ke plan ke mutabik, road accident victims ko Rs 1.5 lakh tak ka cashless treatment diya jayega. Ye facility accident ke baad pehle 7 din tak available hogi, jisse ghayal vyakti ko hospital me admission ke time paise ki tension na ho.

Minister ne ye bhi bataya ki specialised ambulances ko modern rescue equipment se equip kiya jayega, taaki highway accidents, ghat roads aur difficult terrain me bhi rescue operation fast ho sake. State governments ke sath coordination ke liye ek integrated framework par kaam chal raha hai.

Iss initiative ke saath “Rah-Veer Scheme” ko bhi promote kiya ja raha hai. Jo log accident victims ko turant hospital pahunchane me madad karte hain, unhe financial incentive aur recognition diya jayega. Iska aim hai public hesitation ko kam karna aur lives save karna.

Road safety experts ka kehna hai ki agar ambulance response time sach me 10 minute tak aa jata hai, to ye “golden hour” treatment ko kaafi effective bana sakta hai. Golden hour me sahi treatment milne se death risk significantly kam hota hai.

Halaanki kuch experts ye bhi keh rahe hain ki sirf ambulances hi kaafi nahi hongi. Traffic discipline, emergency lanes aur public awareness ko bhi parallel me improve karna hoga, warna ground level par implementation mushkil ho sakta hai.Aane wale samay me Centre aur states milkar is plan ko rollout karne ke liye infrastructure, manpower aur funding framework final karenge. Government ka kehna hai ki objective clear hai — road accidents me hone wali unnecessary deaths ko maximum limit tak kam karna.
